"I've been in line for 15 minutes just waiting for my order to be taken. I keep getting cut off by the person taking my order then told to wait a minute. Now I am asked to pull up to the window without my order being properly taken. Never coming back. She was nice, but this is taking too long for a drive thru."

"French fries were cold and flavorless. The restroom doors are locked with no signage telling you that you have to get a key from the counter staff. The person waiting on us heard that I was heading to the restroom and didn't offer me the key. I came back and told her they were both locked and she then gave me a key saying it was to keep the homeless out. There was no changing station to change my grandsons diaper."

"Great food. You just have to wait a length of time for your foid when going through drive thru."

"Ordered on ubereat pickup, because the frontdoor was closed after 10pm, had to wait on the drive thru line for 30 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me(what kind of ‘fast’ food takes 10 min to serve a drive thru customer). When it was finally my turn, they told me someone took my order. I have a extremely rare first name, so either they didnt check the name before they handed the food, or they didnt make the food at all. They tried to convince me it was my problem/uber’s problem before they agreed to make me a new meal, with a very bad attitude."

"The worst Jack in the Box ever! Parking lot was gross , trash everywhere. Went thru the drive thru with the busted up , not working sign. The order monitor was out reading a error code. Worker ask to take my order, I ask fir a minute to decide. When I was ready to order after him asking to place my order he informed me they had no cook and could not fill my order WTH? I asked why are you open he said he didn’t know but they had drinks. Pulling thru to get my drink the inside was just as gross , trash all over floor behind the counter. Never again .. stopped here once early on way to airport and they did not have a cook but assumed it was just super early I between shifts.. but I guess it’s a normal thing to open with no cooks"
