"This company sold my address connected with a friend’s name to other catalog companies. I love Johnny Was and their clothes. They sold my address with my friend’s name because she went there to buy something while she was staying with me. The management of the store nicely offered to have the item delivered to my address with her name in it, then sold my name to other clothing companies without authorization. I wrote the store two months ago to have my name removed. I’m still receiving Johnny Was catalogs and even more catalogs from other companies. I HATE catalogs and because it was her name and my address, I can see how my address was sold to other companies. You have lost two customers, Johnny Was."

"Terrible return policy. My mother bought a blanket for her grand daughter for Christmas. She bought it on October 28, their Christmas return policy starts on Novemeber 1st, so her only choice is to exchange for something on equal value on the same day, no gift certificate was offered. My daughter is 24, so hard to find in one day an equal exchange. Worse is the employees blamed everything on the manager. They were not empowered to make a customer happy. That is not a slap on the employee, but on the manager who does not empower their employees nor care about customer satisfaction. I would not buy from them again."
