"Very disappointed in the Store Manager at this location. Not only was she rude but took a moment from joy to sour. I was in the fitting room when my sister was confronted by her (POC Manager) and asked her if she was going to purchase her dress. She said she was looking around only to be told “Well my security cameras don’t work so I am the security Camera” as I can hear her to rush out and speak when I’m in the fitting room she rushes to the back to conduct an interview. Quite honestly if it wasn’t because her birthday is in 2 days and she found a dress she wanted to wear at this location for the occasion. I wouldn’t have purchased and left with so much anger. As a Latino, I figured we go through some of the same struggles as people of color but it’s clear that she was the one targeted after a white customer left and I wasn’t there infront of her. Thank you to the Cashier Janet who heard her say this out loud and try to give us a better experience but laughing at the way your manager treats people and we still bought something is uncalled for. I will be returning the other items I previously purchased from this location because of the discrimination we faced today."

"I went shopping at this store, and I literally got robbed by the store and they did nothing about it! I paid Francesca the transaction went through when I paid with my credit card. The cashier couldn't printed the receipt, so they refused to give me the merchandise I paid for, then called the store manager. She claimed that the payment did go through but it did. I checked my credit card immediately and the change was there. I showed her my account with the transaction that poster, she saw the changed and still she said that she didn't see the charge in her system I called to my bank and the bank customer service told her that the payment went through and that they will pay the store the amount still she didn't give the merchandise I have to ask to disputes the transaction. I feel horrible expending more than one hour. I have never had this kind of experience before Horrible experience!!"

"I’ve been meaning to leave a review and just never did. Back in October my fiancé proposed!! The day before my fiancé instructed my best friend to take me out and for us to get ready for a best friend couples shoot (our fiancé’s and us). We came to find an outfit and my best friend had slipped to the boutique manager that I was actually getting ready for my proposal but didn’t know it. The girls were amazing!!!! They got a feel for my style and were handing me all kinds of options and ultimately helped me pick my dress. I honestly felt like a Princess. They truly made it a great experience which made the proposal even better!!"
