"Pluckers just seems to be going downhill. We've gone back a few times thinking maybe it was a one off but it hasn't been. They are getting more and more expensive, the quality and quantity of the food is declining and the service is getting slower and slower, both with Dine-In & Take-out. The wings are either so tough that you can't get the meat off the bones or the bones crumble at the slightest touch and they barely have any sauce at all. The fries were overcooked/charred and the chips were all crumbs as if they were put in a bag and crushed before they were served."

"I ordered for me and friends. A Philly, 20 bakers gold wings, and cheese fries. They didn't give me any sour cream on the fries but that's not a big deal. What was a big deal is the stale bun for the Philly and the wings were dry AF. They was virtually zero sauce on them. Like the white Styrofoam on the takeout container is still white with no traces of sauce to be found. I don't like my wings extra wet but I do like them with some sauce"

"This is a solid Pluckers location. There are a good number of televisions throughout that they had on, showing different games.  Staffing appeared to be an issue; however, our server did his best to stay on top of his numerous tables and always seemed to be able to come over when we needed attention. I would recommend, though, that you'll probably get truly solid service on a weekday, as opposed to a game weekend. Our wings were delicious.  I strongly recommend the ranch rub! The Buffalo chicken salad is solid, too.  The brownie dessert can feed a family of four, so be prepared if you order it!"

"This place is amazing! Great comfort food, great service, very clean. We popped in on a Sunday when there were a lot of Football games. I've never seen so many big screen TVs in one room! Fun crowd, lots of families and football jerseys. We were seated immediately and served our food within minutes. Our waitress checked on us constantly. We ordered boneless chicken strips, margaritas, and fried twinkies. Delicious. We will be back!"
