Food was fresh and delicious. -Women’s restroom could use some attention, the handrails need to be cleaned, but at least it was well stocked, unlike some other places."

"Awesome hot fresh food! I ordered the shrimp coleslaw fries and those wonderful puppies! Lol l! My husband (not into alot seafood so thank goodness for A&W) ordered doublemeat bacon cheeseburger with fries! Ummm I'm so stuffed and was so delicious we also HAD the ROOT BEER. The drive thru worker was upbeat fast and friendly. Really enjoyed the experience. Well done!"

"I absolutely love this Capital Plaza (Cameron Rd) location, they never seem to disappoint. It saves a little time and a toll to visit LJS Elgin, but after many times of being disappointed due to food quality, poor customer service, and rude mgmt, It’s well worth the trip. James helped me today, who I found later to be Mgr. He was great, accommodating with a last minute change, and my entire variety platter was hot & fresh. That’s not always easy at 3pm because it’s a slower time. Somehow they not only manage it here, they’re consistent. All the employees I’ve had contact with have been just as good, once again not easy to find anymore. Somebody is doing something right here because from outside looking in it looks like smooth sailing. Now with years of Mgr experience myself I know it’s just not that easy."
