"1. Bathroom is locked up with a security button behind the counter. 2. Counter doesn’t have any employees behind it. 3. The people making food want you to order through the kiosk that corporate installed to offset their $15/hr wage they are being paid for what is somehow a $4 beefy 5 layer burrito. 4. Eat local food that is real. Google the amount of meat that is actually used in the $4 burrito they are selling you"
"I visited the Taco Bell off Braker today 2/16/24 at around 8pm. There was a lovely, very kind lady taking my order. She greeted me, asked me how my day was, and made modifications to my complex order. I really appreciated how kind and understand she was. I’ve had a hard week, but it’s friendly people like her that can make a day brighter. Shout to the culinary team for getting my food out fresh and quickly. Probably one of my top experiences ever at a Taco Bell!!!!!"
"I got double charged for an online order due to an error on the app weeks ago, and have reached out twice with no response. We also went inside once to pick up an order, and it took a ridiculously long time because the staff was just in there arguing with each other the whole time. Loud enough that anyone on the lobby could hear everything they were saying. I know it’s fast food so expectations for professionalism should only be so high, but any of the fast food places I used to work at would’ve fired half the staff on the spot that day. The food itself was good and well prepared for taco bell for what that’s worth."
"Order the new nacho fries, got a few wet fries wrapped in wax paper, it looked as if someone had eaten half the fries. Definitely not worth the 5 dollars I paid for them. Tried calling to get my money back and the phone rang until it was disconnected twice. Just gave up."
"We were the only customers there at the time, and we got our food cold and poorly assembled. We only live 8mins away, and yet our food was cold when we got home and started eating it right away. There was absolutely no need to rush our order and make it that sloppy. I am tired of paying the ~$5 for the cheesy gordita crunch when it is soggy and crushed like this. The workers were nice, but management needs to take their job a little more seriously. Also, they didn't give us a receipt for our order."
