"Don't sleep on this little place that's tucked inside of a gas station. To begin, the service is extremely friendly. I was greeted by Mathew, who I assume is a manager or owner. He was very friendly and very enthused to explain the brining process, dry rub and cooking methods as well as the way they pick up fresh bread daily from a local bakery. Which, all explains why the food is so good. I'd recommend this place as it hits on service, friendliness and food quality on all aspects."

"It is always nice to support local small businesses, it’s even better when you can get amazing portions for the price with the freshest ingredients. Packed with protein and fresh vegetables, I took a flier on Ollie bird on Brodie this week for lunch. Saw them the other day after visiting a sandwich shop that charged me 16 dollars with inferior ingredients and not nearly the portions here. Noticed the menu had wraps for $11.50. They also offer salads, but I’m on the go so the wraps looked most appealing. With no expectations to speak of, I gave them a shot. Dude behind the counter was a joy to talk to, this is a family run business and this man prepared me a giant wrap. For convenience, price and portion, you’re essentially paying 5.75 for a healthy delicious meal in Austin with some leftovers. Perfect if you’re a gym bro trying to hit your macros, if you’re trying to lose weight, if you’re not wanting to feel terrible after eating from all of the additives that other restaurants use, or if you’re working on budgeting and you left your lunch at home, this is a lunch and dinner type purchase given the portions, or it could satisfy 2 people with one wrap. I highly recommend that you give Ollie bird a try next time you’re on Brodie, these guys in my opinion might be the best kept secret around, come check them out and watch them grow!"

"February 2024 Ollie Birds quickly jumped to the top of my new places to try after reading about them in a local magazine. They are located inside a Valero gas station and only do takeout, and luckily close to my home. Other options for rotisserie chicken is the local grocery stores but prefer ones from restaurants like this one. The owner was very nice and and I ordered the 1/4 Bird Dark (Leg + Thigh). Once I got home I observed the chicken and looked and smelled delicious. It had some spices on it and had great flavor. The chicken was soft and juicy and quickly became my favorite. It also came with a soft pita bread and paired well with the chicken. I will be back to get a whole chicken next time."

"I was recommended, Ollie Birds, by my roommate a few times. Finally, after stopping to get gas, I decided to give it a try. I ordered Chinese Crunch Wrap, and it did not disappoint. The wrap was a good size. Chicken was seasoned well, and veggies are delicious. The sesame dressing that goes with it is delicious! Definitely get extra. I'm not sure if it's an extra charge, but it would be worth it. Customer service was excellent! Very friendly."

"Ordered Ollie Birds for pickup. The food was very fresh and delicious! We had the classic wrap and the Chinese crunchy wrap, and both were great. The side salad I ordered was very good, but superfluous as there was at least a side-salad’s worth of lettuce, tomato and carrots on each wrap. My order was waiting for me when I arrived, and the service was outstanding!"
