"Not much to share. Super convenient because it’s never busy and wait times are very short. As advertised"
"I commonly come to this location for breakfast, and it’s great when certain employees are working. I get my food with fine wait time and it’s well cooked. Lately, whenever I pull up at around 6:30 to 7:00 am, there’s a specific employee who seems to always be sleeping in the back, I have to honk the horn to get anyone’s attention. And then when I do, I get told “we’re closed right now” Since when does Jackbox close? This is infuriating when I’m starving in the morning. Please hire workers that actually work. The employee who’s sleeping on the job and saying it’s closed is the older lady with the very Spanish accent and colored nails. Everyone else has been wonderful to me."
"Burger was mid. Tacos were pretty average. The fries were cold. I’d say it’s a good price for the amount of food you get - but most of my food was cold"
"Incorrect change. Modifications (extra taco sauce on the loaded mini tacos) not rung in, or applied. No lettuce on the loaded tiny tacos. Tall lady at 9pm does not give AF obviously. Almost gave me ketchup instead of taco sauce. No bacon on the homestyle chicken ranch. Ive never asked for a refund before, but after managing a fast food restaurant for 3 years and knowing what the standards are I actually want one. This is pathetic. Lobby doors were also locked at 8:40, but this may have been due to a truck delivery."
