"No response about a return label. The website says to email support but the email comes back saying undeliverable. Phone number doesn’t work either. No way to return and very frustrating!"

"I purchased shoes from CouturePoint and want to return them because they don't fit. I have requested a return label three times via email and as of this date they have not acknowledged my request or responded in any way. The 800 number that is listed is not taking calls at this time. I'm very unhappy with the product and their service. It makes me think this is a fraudulent business. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. They need to be investigated."

It has been over a month since then and I have received no refund and the company has stopped replying to my emails. Do not shop here, they will steal your money."
