Whataburger

"The manager, Marco, was very unprofessional and inconsiderate when it came to hi customers. The lady with the red braids tied up in a bun need to leard better customer service as well. These folks do not need to be working in fast food because they are slow and disrespectful. I love whataburger but these two employees definitely made me never want to visit this specific location again."

"I Waited 40 mins in the drive thru. I gave the cashier Khiarri cash and saw my bag. She closed the window moved my bag to the side so I assumed they were waiting on a missing item. She gave me my change 10 mins later and tried to give me the bag and I asked if my food had been ready. She responded yes and I told her I didn’t want cold food and asked for a refund. She told me they didn’t give refunds that either I take the food or loose both. Another cashier checked the food and then got the manager to give me a refund. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location, but way too long of a wait and horrible, deceptive service. I wish there was a rating below a star. They don’t give refunds for bad service and food lol."

"Service and food prep time were faster than usual today. Staff is very friendly, food was hot and fresh. Be sure to download and use the Whataburger app. Today I got a $6 sandwich free with purchase of fries and soft drink."

"I usually like writing good reviews yet there will be those times where the food and customer service do not fall in alignment with me. This restaurant is majority of the time backed up, under staffed in evenings and horrible attitudes no matter the time of the day. I am a very patient customer because I've worked on the other side and get it when someone slacks or calls off. This location does not acknowledge your presence when they are busy. The night time employee on Thursday 01/04/2023 Nadia was very rude and I hope this issue is resolved to assure the customer service level rises. Food fresh excluding the fries. Chicken tenders and fries were ordered."

"The food was good and most of the service was good, but there was an assistant manager or shift leader that didn't want to allow me to get my burger the way I wanted it. I'm so glad the young man waiting on me asked the manager on duty. She was very kind and helpful. Although the shift leader was probably doing what she had been told if a customer wants to remove things from their burger you should let them with no argument."
