"My whole party dine in, but I didn't feel like eatting so I asked for my food to go. I wish I notice all the hair like substances when I was still at the restaurant. The rice wasn't even fully cooked. This is so ridiculous, especially when you pay high prices, expecting good quality food. If you are wondering which dish this is, it is called Korean Fried Chicken."
"This was my first time ever eating at a Cheesecake Factory so perhaps my expectations were too high. Two of us got the chicken Alfredo which was not enjoyable to either of us. The pasta was overcooked and mushy while the sauce it self tasted like someone I could get at a grocery store for 20 dollars cheaper. The chicken itself was bland and neither of us could finish it. Another friend of my got the Louisiana chicken pasta and the seasoning was lacking. Contrary to how it looked, the pasta tasted like practically nothing despite contently adding salt and pepper. We also got strawberry lemonade which was pretty good, a good mix of sweet and sour just like I like it. Lastly the best part was definitely the cheesecake, which we probably should have just stuck to to begin with. All three flavors we got were delicious and creamy"
"Worst food ever. Don't be deceived by the pictures. The spinach dip is a miss, and the tomatoes it came with tasted old. The burger was salty, and the burrito was a big disappointment. My burrito arrived cold, and the tortilla was plain nasty. The bread and butter was the only thing I enjoyed. Great service, though. The only food the cheesecake factory can get right is their cheesecake."
"Just want to give a shout out to our server Chris. He was awesome, we couldn’t find a manager in front of the house so we could get him some recognition. I used to be a manager of a restaurant and I knew if my server was engaged as he was. The guest will have a great experience. Food was good but the customer service was better. Give this man a raise… drinks was always refilled, gave a little note on receipt, very attentive. Good job sir. Food was good and fresh. Definitely recommend."
