"My experience was not too good! I walked in waited for a representative, until they went out to check if a guy was stealing! He said he wasn’t the cashier said he was. I waited my turn and had a full fledged receipt and some headlight’s that i purchased at a different Advance Auto. I asked if I could return at this store since I was closer that day. It was only purchased 2 days ago. The guy cashier, called the woman cashier and she said we dont take electronics, i said its not an electronics. I just need to return the lights! She said if you plug it up, and switch it on its electric. She didn’t even look at the receipt, or inspect the product. Just immediately came saying no! So I took it back to the Advanced Auto I purchased it from (Riverside) and the return was done in 2 seconds. No problem, No questions, No issues! Just sign here and I was done. The return was processed! Advance Auto-(N.Lamar) try to help people before you just say no! I didn’t even stand a chance in your store! The clerk was an older black woman. And the other was a younger black guy. They had no intentions of helping me at all!"

"Stopped by on the way home from work to replace my car battery that was nearing its end of life. I picked out my battery, and a nice woman at the counter helped me get checked out and explained how the standard and extended warranties on the batteries worked; quite helpful to know. Then another guy who works there got a tool cart and joined me outside to install my battery. I offered a helping hand where I could, but the employee didn't need much to get my battery changed in probably 15-20 minutes or so. Great service all around, not much to complain about. Thanks for the help!"

"I left the office late and on my way home the Display pointed out that the battery for my Alarm Remote was running low. I got home and called THREE places and they all put me on hold. I drove to this location because I was familiar with the area. There was a homeless guy picking up cigarettes near the door and when I went in somebody had been giving the employees a hard time. The guy with lots of tattoos told me to wait (not again!) to deal with something that was NOT in his Job Description but "normal" in that neighborhood. Then he got down to business. He entered my License Plate into the Computer and found the exact battery (the last one in stock!) and directed me how to open the Remote Unit. Then he changed the battery out for me. It cost less than $10. I should have taken his name. The gentleman was easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the software and knew where in the store the part was. GOOD JOB!!!"
