"It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review -- but this was the absolute worst service and experience I have ever had at any establishment. The food was fine, the coffee was fine, the abundance of crows and grackles was cool and the outdoor outlets were convenient. However, I ordered some a la carte sides; biscuits, bacon, potatoes, and over-medium eggs. When our food was brought out, the eggs were not there. So I went inside and let the cashier know we were missing a couple of over-medium eggs whenever they had a second. He then brought out the ticket and showed me where I had ordered the eggs. I confirmed yes, this is what I ordered. He then told me the eggs were delivered to my table. I assured him that everything else on the ticket was delivered, but there were no eggs. They accused me of lying and said they did deliver the eggs so they could remake them but they would have to charge me. I said again, no eggs were delivered to our table. The cashier then spoke to a manager and they begrudgingly agreed to actually make the eggs, and said something along the lines of "we'll remake them for no charge but yeah..." The eggs were finally brought out a few minutes later, I thanked the server who brought them but they did not respond. And when I looked at the "over-medium" eggs, they were still completely raw in some parts, there was liquid egg-white covering the plate. The rest of the food was pretty decent but we felt so uncomfortable after being accused of lying about our food being delivered that we didn't even finish it. I could not in good faith recommend for anyone to go here. I would have rather had worse food elsewhere and not been treated like garbage."

"I truly enjoyed the vibe here for my first ever brunch. I was able to have Houston with me in a comfortable environment that allowed us to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The chicken and waffles was savory and sweet. The breading on the fried pickles was seasoned perfectly and balanced with the ranch dressing. I will definitely be adding this restaurant to my favorites."
