"Went by tonight for something simple and easy, 2 tacos w some Tacos sauce. I order my food, they take my order. I get to the window and Ask for taco sauce. The lady laughing in my face says, sorry we’re all out. So I made her return me my money. If you don’t have Taco sauce, I don’t want tacos."

"They get orders wrong, CONSTANTLY. They literally stole from me one night, took the order, my points and my money, but didn't answer the drive through nor open the lobby doors even though it was within operating hours. Tonight they got my order completely wrong, which I should've known to check but I guess I trust too much. I swear, the incompetence displayed at this store is astounding."

"Ordered takeout but they had already locked the doors before I got there, which was 10 minutes before they're supposed to lock the doors anyway. The burger was good but I had to pay over a dollar extra once the app updated the prices for this location. So, that wasn't very cool. But, the burger was good. And I didn't have to knock on the door for too long."

"Updated to three stars as the area manager (Veronica I think) called me and corrected the issue. She was very pleasant and professional. Let me know she just took over that store so hopefully in a few weeks there will be mass improvement in quality. I'm going to submit a corporate complaint on top of this review. My $10 sandwich is overcooked to the point I'm afraid it's going to break a tooth and honestly looks just pathetic. I got 8 tacos with no sauce, hardly any meat, and none of the requested sauce packets. This is how all 8 tacos looked. My strawberry Daze drink is absolutely disgusting and just got poured down the drain. Tastes like straight syrup, even my husband won't drink it. He gagged when he tasted it. Of course their phone is still emitting a busy signal like it was three days ago so I'll be calling corporate tomorrow. This is just disgusting and I guarantee you none of the lazy employees make THEIR food like this."
