"I feel like quality has been declining."

"Been coming here for about ten years and at some point management or ownership changed and they went from being incredibly efficient to the slowest fast food restaurant in a five mile radius. It will literally take thirty minutes to get through the drive-thru at midnight. It’s embarrassing that corporate hasn’t stepped in and done something about it. At least the orders are accurate and the patties are cooked well. Edit: I wrote this while sitting in the drive-thru line and it didn’t move once in fifteen minutes so we left. There were six cars in front and six behind."

"I went to Whataburger and the order was messed up and the food was cold and we waited forever. I called to tell the manager Reginald about the experience. I told him about the long wait how the order was incorrect and how when I got home (1 mile away) the food was cold. He immediately remembered taking my order and offered to replace the entire meal. All of the staff I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful also polite not only the first time but the second time. Thank you."

"Edit:The GM Reginald called and got more information and said that Laura was not the rude employee up front that I encountered but was someone else. On that day the manager mixed up who I was asking about. My apologies for naming the wrong person. Situation was followed up on, and I appreciated that. Disappointing customer service. 8am today I pick up an order for a friend. When I got to the store I had to go in because it was a mobile order. I saw the order on the counter and was told they needed to add the fries. I waited for close to 10 minutes while the food is getting cold. I got the fries and said thank you and left. I drive to my destination 5 minutes away to deliver the food and I noticed it was all wrong and food was cold. I go back to fix my friends order, politely. The cashier, tells me I ordered it wrong with so much attitude. My mobile receipt says exactly what I ordered and the receipt on the bag is correct. The order had meat on it and my friend doesn't eat meat. She didn't order anything wrong. The cashier involved the entire staff by talking to everyone else about it in front of me while Pamala, the manager, is standing beside her. She takes the one item back to remake it. I asked 'may I please have the entire order remade because now everything is cold.?' The cashier snatches the bag out of my hand and walks to the back. The level of attitude was completely rude and telling me that I am wrong when I literally have the receipts in hand. This won't ruin my day but I will reconsider ordering from here again. I am so disappointed."

"My experience here is only with the drive thru. This location is my go-to I-need-a-burger place at 11:00 pm. This is not to say I haven't tried at "regular" times, but at those times they are crazy busy! And since they make things fresh, the wait would be too long. This is testimony to the fact that this place is clearly doing something right. People would not be coming back and committing to that wait. My burgers have generally been made to specification. There's been the random time or two that my request for no onions has been overlooked (despite being on the ticket). My burgers also come looking pretty squished. This is why my review is 4 stars. I can remove onions, and appearance doesn't effect taste. The food is always hot. The vegetables seem fresh. They don't skimp on pickles and tomatoes like their competitors. It always meets my 11:00 burger craving."
