"She made a beautiful dress for my daughter but didn’t make it as I asked. Then I told her to add what was missing she charged me extra then she didn’t make it as I asked again. Brought it home and it was torn in different places. She was upset with me Everytime I told her something was wrong and she just got more and more upset. Had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and paid $400.00 extra dollars. Was a total disappointment."

I recommended Ely Quince since another family friend bought from there. He is a single dad and the team was amazing! They helped them pick out the right dress and got it fitted in time for the party. It's one thing to make the teenager happy but when you make Dad happy too - that's something else!"

"The service is good but I didn’t agree with the pricing nor did I think the quality of their dresses was good. They let you try on couple of dresses and they tell you they can make a dress however you’d like and when I told her what I was looking for she said no. I was confused. However she was professional and I would not say don’t go. Give it a try and judge for yourself."

"We purchased my daughter's dress from Ely. The dress was top quality,we had our photo shoot in the Dominican republic 15 locations and a party for her there. We brought the dress back to Houston for a second party. The dress held up great and they even ironed it for us a second time for free. Great service thanks Ely."

"If I could give this place NO stars it would definitely be the case. I DO NOT recommend you waist your time and money ordering a dress from them. They have dresses on display that they absolutely can NOT replicate. I ordered two dresses since last year and there was numerous problems which the owner didn’t care to address. My daughters quince is within days and now she’s having to deal with the fact she will not have the dream dresses she envision. Just to mention some of the many issues they obviously had a major issue with waiting until the last minute to have the dresses ready. After continuously calling and requesting an update the dresses arrived with one being the wrong design and the other the wrong color requested. Even without walking out their shop one of the dresses was coming apart simply by my daughter trying it on. I was told another dress would be ordered since it was the wrong design and falling apart unfortunately the replacement dress also had issues. Although the top of the dress was the correct design the second time around the bottom part was now the wrong color and it was very short in length. The second dress was a complete different color since I requested a light blue and was offered a light purple mixed with light blue. I confronted the owner and she admitted that the color was NOT what I ordered but that the designer decided the color he chose would look better. I feel disgusted in the way they conduct business and feel I was taken advantage off by selling me a dress that they could not make. I honestly think they actually wait to the last minute on purpose so that the customer has no other choice than to take a dress that is not up to standards or even what was ordered due to a time constraint like in my case. I now have to deal with the fact that up until today my daughter has no pictures or the dresses she wanted for her special day. Although I was not happy or approved of the dress that was different shades I was willing to buy the dress just so that my daughter would have a dress and to my surprise the owner refused to sell it to me due to NOT paying in cash (talk about wanting to also cheat the government). I wish I would have taken the time to do the appropriate research on this business since clearly it is not the first person that deals with what I have dealt with."
