"I have used TNN (Town North...) to repair my Nissan Maxima a few times. While I didn't purchase my Maxima at this location, I thought the service department would be helpful regardless. I had a vehicle accident in 2017, which caused some front wheel / axle issues. TNN inspected and found issues that was overlooked by another repair shop. After negotiating with the insurance company (which TNN was cc on), I was able to negotiate a price to repair the vehicle. TNN became aware of the price and inflated charges on my car. My alignment cost went from $100 to $308 to fit the exact amount of the insurance settlement. Of course I was made aware of this AFTER the repairs where completed. And unless I paid, I wasn't able to retrieve the vehicle. I contacted the General Manger (TNN) and the Parts and Service Departments. Of course there was no call back or refund. I will not recommend their service or sales to anyone."
