After 30 seconds of browsing the store and no prior greeting, an employee asked my party and I “What brings you to this side of town?” as if we didn’t fit the mold of their typical Alamo Heights customer base. Whether her intentions were ill, it certainly made us feel unwelcome and turned us away from giving MOSS our business."

"I was referred to MOSS from a friend who is as into fashion as I am. I was surprised to learn it’s consignment, as everything is so nicely curated and in impeccable condition (even the vintage!). Their focus is on higher end labels, but the prices are SO much more reasonable than buying first hand. All of the styles and brands I want without the huge price tag that I *sometimes* regret. Camilla and the rest of her staff have always been super helpful and knowledgeable about the inventory, and never hesitate to text me the perfect new arrivals, so I never miss out on that one of a kind piece I wouldn’t have otherwise known they had. PLUS, because they do consignment, I get some return on the clothes, shoes, bags, etc that I’ve loved and that are still in good condition, but that I’m ready to swap out to change up my wardrobe. 10/10 would recommend shopping AND consigning!"
