"While our waiter was amazing, food was absolutely awful. I would heavily caution against the risotto balls, way too much breading and sauce was blown out of the water by whatever is in my fridge at home right now. Either way, irrelevant because we were both looking forward to the pasta and hungry. When we did get the pasta, both dishes were extremely undercooked—vodka rigatoni I wouldn’t have even had more than two bites if I wanted to. I think Olive Garden would’ve been a safer option. Will never be back. Disappointed because did want to love it."

The baked rigatoni, a marvel, made my wife beam, And the pasta in butter, made our little one dream. The spicy rigatoni, with vodka sauce to adore, Though the lasagna was meaty, left us wanting more. But the charm of the place, and the drinks so fine, Assures us we'll return, for another dine. The pear/walnut pizza, light and so right, The carbonara and arancini, a delightful bite. The decor, the staff, all beyond compare, Juliet Italian Kitchen, a rare culinary affair. So here's to Juliet, where every dish is a song, In Austin, this haven, you can never go wrong. "I have never written a review in my life so trust me when I say the food will blow your mind, first the bread, then the calamari, and then my mushroom manicotti. Each dish getting better and better the more I would eat it. And very high praise for our server Jackson, who excels in all categories of what makes a good server. Consistent attentiveness, creating a comfortable atmosphere, outgoing and made genuine conversation that made me feel like he was a good friend. Thank you for an outstanding experience.."
