"Pulled up to drive thru, the location was not busy at all (no line, no customers) I had to say "hello" like 3Xs just to get someone to respond on the other end. A guy was taking my order but I ended taking my business elsewhere since the employees were playing in the background and making noises and the employee stopped responding. 7:30PM 2/27 @1700 FM 685 Pflugerville"

"I ordered a Grilled Chicken Garden Salad & 2 tacos via the drive-thru today (01/26/2024). The chicken on the salad was frozen & frost bitten. You can see frost on the actual chicken (see photo). Their salads are usually tasty, but this was disappointing, lazy, & inexcusable."

"No one said hello just took my order without a smile or a thank you. I notified an employee that there wasn’t any napkin’s available In dining area, to only have the employee not even speak but just sat some napkins on the counter top for me to grab! Totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Maybe I’ll try visiting again in a year or two. Hopefully different employees with better customer service values."

"The staff here were friendly. They kept it clean and well restocked. My food came out looking and tasted amazing. I haven’t seen this kind of care at a fast food chain in a long time. Muy buen!"

"Update: After a few years it was time for a revisit. Last time it was a 1 star. This time it it was so much better. The staff were quick, the food was well made and the store was fairly clean for a busy fast food restaurant. Adjusting up to 4 star. Literally the worst Jack in the box food experience ever. My husband and I moved to a city that doesn't have Jack in the box and were excited to have some tacos again like old times. These were the worst, we ordered 10 tacos and they were not cooked properly, they were overly greasy and there was even one that was loose, not in paper just hanging in the bag. It was awful, the fries were cold and under cooked as well and the shake machine was out of order. Needless to say we threw most of the food away. Skip this place!"
