"I called before hand to get a set of rotors resurfaced, they said no problem just bring them in early. I did, then I was told they didn’t know how to do the resurfacing and that nobody there knew how to either. So I simply go down the street to another oreillys on west stassney on and they said no problem and got them done in 30 min…"

"Save yourself the time, and just go to the south fist location. 9 out of 10 parts I’ve tried to buy here are either showing stock but they don’t have it or they don’t have it, and it’s at the south first store. Extremely frustrating to be within walking distance of an OReillys, with a non drivable car and still being out of luck every time I need a part. Even more sad is all the employees say this location is treated like the ugly step child of the OReillys store yet they do nothing to create change."
