"I have been dealing with this company for years and I haven’t had a problem with them"
"Do not give your business to them. STEPHANIE and THE MANGAER who knows her name some older lady RUDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE . They tried lying and screamed at me . If they don't like to work with the public they should get another job . It is a a simple job they just CAN NOT DO !"
"I would give a Zero if I could. I payed off a TV and then it breaks. They picked it up for repairs that would take 2 weeks. That was in January and still no TV. They don't have an issue calling and reminding you of an upcoming payment, calling your job but honoring a contract or there word is a joke. They won't even respond to this review."
"Was approved online for a an item payed the special price but when I would call the store to set up delivery the lady would never want to help me or even deal with me. A few weeks later I'm receiving text msgs fr a payment coming up on a product I was never able to get"
"I called to ask about starting a lease at 6:05pm. The lady that answered the phone on 1/8/22 said I could call back tomorrow since they are closed. I said okay. Talking to my co worker I said why did they even answer the phone if they're closed? The lady working at Aaron's called me back on my job. She was confrontational saying, did you say this and began arguing with me. I understand that they must not make a lot of money but to call someone back at work is completely unprofessional. That shows that they do not care about taking care of potential business. I will call back to speak with the manager in the morning. I definitely would not recommend this Aarons as I will be going elsewhere. Thank you for showing me how unprofessional you are before I locked myself into a contract."
