"The food was tasty as usual. Arby's is great. The poor manager was working so hard to keep us with this busy restaurant inside and the drive thru. Please get this lady some help. She is sweet and works so hard but ownership needs to step up and staff this place properly."

"I love Arby's. I don't love pulling into the drive through and being told that the "fryers aren't on" or "its going to take us an hour to prepare that" by the meth head that seems to somehow still have a job here. I pulled into the gas station after hitting whataburger next door and noticed the employees stepping outside to smoke and chit chat. I see the homeless drug addicts talking to the male employee and performing what I assume to be illicit drug deals out in the parking lot. Fire this guy and get a crew in here that takes this job seriously and I'll be back."

"This is actually one of the better Arby's I've been to. Last time I went to Arby's before this location was the one off 183 closer to The Domain and that one had me swearing off Arby's because I got sick from it. Almost every time I get crinkle fries from this location they're hot or piping hot and the roast beef doesn't have a strange aftertaste like the other location somehow does. The inside is generally clean as well, even though I haven't sat down to eat inside. I did knock one star off for service though, they rarely have online orders ready on-time (I've sat there for about 20 minutes after an order was supposed to be ready before) and there were others waiting a little bit to order as well. I'd definitely recommend the drive-thru if you're going to this location."

"Timothy was very friendly and helpful with my order today. This is a nice place to eat with friendly people serving. I love Arby's food and the cherry on top is the friendly taking it"

"Beyond disappointing! I pulled up to the drive through gentleman on intercom tells me “1 second please” I replied “no worries” 2mins later nothing… a car pulls up behind me so I say “hello?!” gentleman says “1 more second please” 1min later he asks for my order as I’m proceeding to give him my order he’s having a whole other conversation and once he’s done he’s ask for my order again. I ordered a # 13 and a small order of mozzarella sticks I also asked for my meal to be a medium. I pull up to pay, hand the gentleman my card after he’s done charging me he states “our receipt machine isn’t working… is that ok?” I’m confused as to why he wouldn’t have told me that before charging me? I tell him “it’s fine” they hand me my food. I should have known better and checked my order before driving off… I get to my hotel and realize my “medium” fries are half way full and my mozzarella sticks are still semi frozen… if I wasn’t so tired I would have returned all of it. Do better! STAY AWAY PEOPLE, NOT WORTH IT!"
