"THEY STOLE $80 FROM ME. I will never shop at free people again. Looked online and google, said the store was open. Drove an hour to get here for a return, the store was closed. Already frustrated I called a customer rep and decided to just do an online return. Mailman LOST my package in the mail and every single customer service representative has been SO UNHELPFUL. I run a small business and I would never treat a customer this way."
