"Stopped in there Friday night took almost an hour to get a taco meal and a blizzard ordered in the drive thru and it took 28 minutes for them to serve the 4 cars ahead of me and then 10 minutes for me to get my order once at the window left and got home the tacos were very very cold and the blizzard wasn’t even the right flavor. Ya got to do better DQ it’s not that complicated it’s fast food."

"Last time I will go to Dairy Queen in north park! We waited forever for two cones. When we got to the window they weren’t even ready. When we finally got the cones they were not even dipped properly! How disappointing!!"

"Half of our order came out & was taken to the wrong table. Other customer brought our food to our table. Nachos were stale with very little cheese, no jalapenos as ordered, steak finger basket missing from the order. We took the order back, finally got the rest of our order but original part of order that was brought to us by the other customer was cold. We had ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra peanuts. There was a spoon full of mostly peanut hulls with very few peanuts on the sundae. We paid twice for extra peanuts with minimal amount put on the order after having to ask twice. One family never got food & walked out. One customer was served a "liquid" ice cream sundae that was totally melted after waiting 20 minutes. Food on floor & dirty tables."

"Place was quiet when I was there but, two large Televisions were available for viewing. The Staff welcomed me and promptly took my order. My Burger was serverd Hot, Fresh and how I liked it along with freshly made onion rings. The menu is on full display for you to choose whatever will satisfy your cravings. The restaurant was also clean. I will be back."

"Worst DQ in Texas. They give you cold food and old I’m sure it’s never fresh. A can soda and a cup with ice and a packaged ranch. Service is always miserable apparently everyone hates their job. SAD. Mc. Donald’s is better at this point. White lady with tattoos always has the stupidest attitude."
