"They are rude !!! Just got a delivery, called them to tell them it was wrong the guy tells me he needs original sandwich back before he gives me a new one, comes to deliver sandwich banging on door and then says he’ll just put it in the notes, I love jimmy johns, but not a fan of this location at all 2nd time they messed up my food."

"We placed a delivery order for a work/lunch meeting, as we often do. Order took 45 minutes to arrive. ALL the orders were wrong. Everyone got the same sandwich, but we each ordered different sandwiches, breads, no bread, etc. The only thing they got right were the chips! One person has dairy/gluten allergies and could not eat her lunch at all. I am certain we won't be placing lunch ordering from this store again for our office meetings. Just awful."
