Sonic Drive-In

"The customer service here is TRASH! The management team in the afternoon is rude, and very inconsiderate of their customers. I ordered $15-20 worth of food and because this is “dinner time” there should be no reason we received dry, old food! The picture will speak for itself. I called to rectify the issue and the girl just made excuses stating the “grease was changed today” IF THIS IS FRESH GREASE, I will NEVER EAT AT THIS SONIC again!"

"I decided to swing by last night before and went through the drive though and had fifteen minutes left to get to work. After waiting in line for ten minutes I finally got my food and the chick gave me another drink, I guess cause it took forever. So tonight I put in a pickup order for 9:45 pm giving me enough time to get to work. After arriving I checked in and waited another ten minutes! I hit the intercom to see where my order was and some really cute chick brought it out, but seemed irritated. All in all, won’t be back, have to find another quick stop before work with actual fast food"

"This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’m sure they are short staffed like everywhere but this is just too much. I placed an online order to pick up at 7:10. I arrived at 7:08 and tried to check in online and it wouldn’t let me so I moved to a stall and told them I was here. They said “it will be right out”. I waited until 7:30 when someone tried to bring me another persons order and I told them my name. They of course said it would be right out. He came back at 7:40 and brought me half my order and said they didn’t have the blast I ordered and asked if I wanted something else. I ordered another one. I opened my chicken to eat and it was ice cold- I’m sure had been sitting there for 30 minutes while I was waiting in my car. I finished my chicken and had time to write my review and am still waiting for the replacement blast. Might come in another hour. Update. I did get the blast which was like 3 inches from the top from being full. Wow. I would have maybe made sure the replacement was really good after all this."

"The drive-through cashier Angela has no customer service whatsoever. She was very rude and unprofessional. She got an attitude when I asked for a manager Nina. the person that came to the window didn’t carry themselves as a manager Learning how to talk to people is a big factor of customer service. That’s one thing neither one of these ladies had. You have to have certain type of customer service to work at fast food restaurants or Drive-through. You need to know the rules and the background At the business that you’re working at. If you don’t wanna work, stay at home and if you don’t like to work, don’t get a job You can save a lot of people the Headache. And I don’t know what’s going on with the burgers but they taste really rubbery so maybe they should adjust that also, everything about this sonic has went down they had a manager name Shea best customer service ever I don’t know where she went, but they need to bring her back.
