"Needed a new serpintine belt. Was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. This was my 3rd stop today. Two other parts stores were unable to help me with this belt size. In 5 minutes at A-line, he examined my belt for numbers, measured my belt, went to the back got a new belt, asked me if there was anything else, and charged me. Friendly and efficient."

"Dropped off a Craftsman lawnmower for a tune up. $50 deposit plus tax for labor. Picked up a week later and charged $134.00. Additional $95.00 for labor. We are talking $190.00 for a tuneup on a $375 lawnmower. Ridiculous!! Didn’t even put a new blade on it. Rip off!!! Taking advantage of people. Will not recommend."
