"Wow! I believe it’s been decades since I’ve had Luby’s, and over the years I’ve been itching to try a location not too far from our house. Luby’s is full of nostalgia for me since my family visited one many times when I was a kid. I ordered the fried fish, mac & cheese, fried ocra, and garlic bread. It was all wonderfully mediocre partly because we went when there was no line. I think Luby’s is best when there’s a pretty packed house and the food is constantly getting refreshed."
