"Food was AMAZING! You open the container and you want to take a picture but it smells so good that you just start eating. Spice levels are adjustable and seasoning is perfection. Definitely worth the stop even if it’s out of your way!"

"I would not recommend eating from this establishment. I ordered Jambalaya. Instead of getting sausage I got weiners and the shrimp tasted like cocktail shrimp at best with minimal flavor. The only subpar comment I can make is the rice had flavor, greasy but had flavor."

"This gem is located behind Sky Hookah Lounge. Right when we walked up we were greeted and with the menu being so large, it’s too hard to decide. Austin helped take our order and he was patient and made recommendations. The food offered gives elegant Texan Cajun! For the price and portion size, you can’t beat. I ordered the Jambalaya(with a Lil’ Kick) regular seasoning and it was beyond spectacular. My fiancée ended up stealing some. The butter and seasoning on the rice is to diee forrrr. She ordered The Star Combo (chicken tenders, Mottz Sticks, and fries) The french fries were immaculate, the sticks were perfectly crispy and the tenders were packed with flavor. She ordered a sprite for the drink and I tried their new LemonBerry Mint juice and it was on point. 10/10 you can’t miss with this place"

"This food truck is located on the right side of the plaza and you can drive around. It's not that sketchy, just behind a strip mall and next to a pipe yard. They said I had no concerns with a nut allergy. I ordered two chicken strips along with the #1 Lil' Shrimp Platter, "Lil' Kick" spice level. Around 7:30PM took about 15-20 minutes for my order to come out with 1-2 other parties waiting. The shrimp combo was quite buttery - everything is soaked in it. I thought the "Lil' Kick" spice level was pretty good and indeed had a slight kick. It looks like they sprinkle some kind of herbs along with the spice on everything, which is a nice touch of color. The chicken tender tasted a bit rubbery, but had a crispy exterior and decent flavor."

"Hidden unasssuming white food truck behind a strip mall. We drove by it and thought it was closed because nobody was there but we also came at an off time around 1:45 PM on a Sunday. Tip: There are no tables, chairs or umbrellas so take you food home or to a park to eat. The truck is also located behind a restaurant and there is garbage nearby so you definitely want to eat elsewhere. The guy in the food truck was young, took the calls, manned the register and cooked the food - a lot of work. They were out of Jambalaya. We ended up getting the Lonestar Special and the Lil Shrimp Combo Platter. We were told a 15-20 min wait so walked around the tiny strip mall then waited in the car for some AC. He brought our food out to us in the car which was really nice. Now for the food, the sweet garlic and Cajun flavor on everything was delicious. The shrimp and crab quality seemed pretty good, I picked at the crab for a while to get all the meat. Since we are at home, I use kitchen shears to help with the crab legs. The corn, potatoes and egg were also great with the butter and seasoning. The crab was my favorite from this place."
