"55 minutes and 13 seconds in the drive thru, ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT. missing half of our order, no sauces and the All the sodas were wrong. WE ORDERED ON THE APP AHEAD OF TIME TO AVOID THE MISCOMMUNICATION OF ORDERING IN THE DRIVE THRU. Workers inside simply do not care and will not do anything to make it right. Cannot recommend this location."

"I go there about once a week. The food is hot and good. But, you have to wait 15 or more minutes for your food. Unless you go though the drive thru. Then you get your food ASAP. They care about the drive thru customers more than the dinner room area."

"HORRIBLE!!!!! I went through the drive thru, gave my order to a young lady standing outside. When I got home and opened the order, it was COMPLETELY wrong. I called the manager who proceeded to chastise me for not taking a picture of the incorrect order?!?!!! Are you #=%*#^=}#%%=^+ serious????? They #*>> up my order and she wants me to take ownership and tell me “Well you better know for next time..”."

"If I could give then a star, I would. They have two drive-through lines and diligently only service one. I sat on the second line - at the speaker - while 4 cars orders were taken in the other. If they're not adequately staffed they need to shut down one of the lanes. Staffing seems to always be the blame for any issue you point out to them at this location. Ordering inside is not much better. Their lack of training to handle volume during rush hours never seems to be addressed. This is not an isolated incident. They are the only option around for miles so they seem to think they will always have business and do not need to provide better service. Stop only when you have plenty of time & not in a rush - this is not "fast" food."

"Worst customer service ever! My food definitely undercooked.. I drove all the way back to this location just to wait for 45 min to receive my order. Trying to be patient even after the mess up but lost it once people waayyy after me was receiving there orders before. I ask to speak to the manager (no name tag) I’m sure that was on purpose; told me that that’s how they cook their food. REALLY? Well please let the us know that in advance if we would like it rare, medium well or well done because last time I check this was a fast food chain. Never coming back. You need better management. The turnover rate for employees is horrible! No one is taking pride at this job and it shows!!! 11/26/2023"
