"I was turned away, I came in to this location with an untouched part and receipt, before I arrived I called to ask if I can return my part to any location and I was advised as long as I have my receipt, the guy told me NO he can’t return my part and that it will mess up his money, he told me to go back to the store I originally purchased part from, I was lied to and disrespected. He called someone on the phone and was speaking in a different language thinking I wouldn’t understand. Then turned me away, once I left I called a different location and was advised by a manager as long as I had a receipt I could return my part to any location. So why was I lied to. I was treated unfairly and it’s not right!"

"If you needs parts forget the other ones who tell you itll take a week or its special order. These guys always have the parts I need in a few hours."

"Knowledgeable and helpful staff and the prices are significantly better than Autozone (10-30%) for the same or better part. You do have to have slightly better knowledge about what you're looking for that if you were going to an Autozone, but you don't have to be a certified mechanic. They're good about checking to see if they have a part in stock if you call ahead, and there are a couple other branches in the general area that they can check with if they don't have the part at this particular location."

"A no nonsense, inexpensive way to buy auto parts. Not on-line, you must visit the store person. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable. Din not have a Murray A/C retro fit kit #26601 that I needed. Also bought four high side A/C valves, all the wrong size for my '85 Bronco. On the good side, they had ethe power window motor at a great price. "they had work shop seats to sit in (I am somewhat disabled). No issues with the returns. they were just as cheerful with the returns as when i bought the parts. They are number ONE on my list to call for parts. I am not a garage or mechanic but saw many people running in and out to deliver orders. No dust in this shop."
