"I bought a refrigerator from this place, and thank God it has been working well. I believe that some of the negative reviews are unfair. To the people who are putting negative reviews over their appliances not working properly after a few months. Let me tell yall my personal opinion as a customer. When we choose to purchase a used appliance, we are taking a risk. It is our choice to take the risk or not. Nobody at the store forces us to purchase it. They take their time to show us their inventory as we need to take the time to look at the appliance and see if we think it is affordable and look good. If we choose to take it home and after the warranty they give us is expired, it is our responsibility to fix it paying money using their repair service or another shop repair service. Basically shop around for a good economical repair place and see which one is more convenient for you. There is no need to call the store in a rude way of complaining over the appliance breaking down. They are used appliances they can break down anytime. If we get lucky, it is before the guarantee they give us expires, and by us asking in a respectful way to please check it out and fix it, then they will fix it. If the guarantee expires well to bad, so sad for our bad luck. Now, we pay the consequences of taking a risk of buying a used appliance and need to decide. Do we waste money on trying to fix it? Do we buy another one, or what do we do? I believe they try their best to fix them well, but their not wizards or witches to know when any of the parts decide to give up and cause us problems. O and sorry for the bad grammar. I don't feel like working on my English language today."
