"Good food reasonable prices. The staff comes up and speaks to you, they're awesome. And nothing can beat the free soft serve ice cream"
"Not sure if there has been changes recently and guess they completely stopped curbside. Placed my order for curbside arrived 5 minutes early checked and waited for 25 minutes and nobody ever brought my order. So people that had been waiting as well get out and go inside to get their orders. I did the same and I asked the manager if the curbside was no longer happening at that location my question was ignored and he just what was the name for the pick up. The quality of the veggies has gone down broccoli was black and cauliflower was not fresh."
"I have been a long time customer as I love their salad bar but today I was met with horror when I saw a cockroach ran over the edge of the salad bar. Manager completely ignored me and just tried to offer me a free bag of the corn muffins, like are you serious?!? I will be driving the extra 30 minutes to the other Jason’s deli as I still love their food but avoid this location!! I have never felt more disrespected by the manager. The way he handled the situation was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This is the first review I’ve ever written but hopefully I can help someone avoid this place."
"We have eaten at Jason's for several years and have enjoyed the food. Lately changes have occurred that may cause us to limit our visits. Extra charge for the Manager's Special; Tattooed, metal on the face employees; no small plates on the salad table; no containers for ice cream. These changes, coupled with the overall cost of one's selection cause limited income individuals to become more selective where that limited income is spent."
"Summary: quick service, ample parking, unlimited softserve ice cream, mediocre food. The Details: got there on a Saturday around noon, the place was busy but not overly crowded. The service was quick and dismissive. I mean to say that the staff seemed distant and disconnected from the transaction. Almost as though the customer is a bit of an annoyance, however I may have misread that situation entirely. The place is clean and well stocked. My meal was the Turkey sandwich and it was very middle of the road, nothing spectacular and certainly nothing I'd ever spend money on again. Parking was ample and the play structure near the restaurant was superb. Don't get taken by the coin operated kiddie rides. The firetruck doesn't work.. we lost $0.75 to it. However the convertible did function. Minus one star for less than enthusiastic service and one star for the lack of creativity with the sandwich I had."
