"Order from The drive through and notice my food was made wrong so when I went inside to get it fixed. one of the employees that I told about my order being not what I wanted the lady with broken glasses just ignored me and went straight to the back and didn't help me with my Order. So I waiting for another employee to come. And no one came. Over heard some young guys in the back kitchen area talking loudly about a female they knew and they were talking amongst themselves about if they would hit. I understand all want to talk. But talk we're nobody else can hear. Long story short after hearing that. A manager Came around the corner and and got into one of the registers in the front. And that's when I told him about my order and immediately I got it fixed"

"We came here for breakfast really early and although the food did take time the order was perfect and the service was great. We had an awesome experience"

"This is one of the absolute worst locations when it comes to getting anything chicken-related or even just anything that needs a fryer. The chicken is always nearly black from old and overused grease, it tastes like old grease, the fries are either all burnt and dark or small little crispy ends with no actual potato in them. I’ve never had this problem at other locations, but this Oltorf location is always disgusting no matter what time of day you go."

"Second time eating at a Whataburger in Austin and I like them, the burger and fries are definitely a little more than what you would get from other places, so they have better quality and the food tastes better. Also I was a bit surprised by the lower price at the one I ate at, I got a double burger and fries and a drink and I think it was only 10 bucks, that's a big win in my book."

"Waited in the drive thru for a little bit. Food was good only thing, they asked what kind of sauce for my chicken strips meal & didn't put anything. How can I enjoy my chicken strips without any sauce or the amazing gravy! No napkins. Soft toast. Really took away from my meal."
