"I have been taking my automobiles there for several years. The service is 5 *(star). I'm in and out of there in always a reasonable amount of time. Very knowledgeable staff. All are very concerning and polite. The manager "Justin " is the best. I recommend this location to everyone I meet for their auto needs."

"Brought my truck in to get wheels balanced after having new tires put on. Firestone tech did not remove old weights and instead added MORE weights on top and around OLD weights.... imagen what they would do on a more complicated task. Dont recommend them.. too bad too.."

"Refused to change my tire. Got 4 new tires from them, had a blow out and came back to use the warranty I had on the tires. They called me several hours after dropping my truck off telling me that they can't take my spare off my truck because it's 10 years old. Tried telling me it was against the law for them to touch the tire. Looked it up, and it's against the law to knowingly INSTALL a bad tire. Nothing about taking an old one off to make the vehicle safer. So I was forced to change my tire in the parking lot in the rain. The manager just wanted to upsell me on a new spare tire and went about it the wrong way. I would completely understand if I was trying to install old tires, but I was trying to get off my old spare to put on a new tire and he refused. Would rather me drive down the road on a 10 year old spare tire than put the brand new one on. Make it make sense. Warranty or not, I will not be coming back to this place. I would rather pay full price for a new tire from someone else than go here again. Picture of the man that wouldn't put on my new tire. Update: and they left my hood un latched. Figured that out on the highway. Why they needed to pop the hood to replace a tire, I couldn't tell you. These guys are a complete joke."

"SAVE YOUR MONEY. Was told 30min to a hour wait. After 2.5 hours my truck was pulled in for an alignment only. 30 min later my truck was out. The entire time there was a puppy crying in the office and the older office man chain smoked half a pack of reds. The alignment pulls super hard to the opposite side after and it's so hard to get an appointment or friendly person to help."

"I was on an out of town trip when I realized that I had a headlight out. They got me in, on the spot, and even threw a zip tie on something for me (I requested it, they don’t fix things with zip ties) for free."
