Whataburger

"I work the night shift at Amazon. I come through here just about every night and I always do an online order on their app. When I come in between 2:00 and 3:00 in the morning and pull up to the drive-thru 95% of the time they already know who I am and ask me to pull straight forward. The people that work the night shift are very friendly they're nice they always have a smile and they like to make sure that their customers are happy. I have never had any bad experience here at all."

"Seems like if I go here on the late night, the food is almost always a slight hit or a complete miss. Tonight was a complete miss. My texas toast was smashed like the ends of a loaf of bread, the pickles looked like they were sitting for a while and the sandwich just didn't have any care about it. I also asked for an Arnold Palmer and only received Arnold. Mind you, I genuinely dislike sweet tea by itself. The person serving my drink, also handles payments. He grabbed the top of the drink with the same hand. I wasn't going to drink from the cup, so I wasn't tripping too much...it's when I got all the way home and seen my order was not appealing and my drink was not what I ordered, that I was disappointed. Didn't even take pictures. I just threw it out. I'll probably just stop eating Whataburger at this point."

"Ordered breakfast for delivery and part of order was missing. I was missing a BOB and 1 order of hash brown sticks only had 2 and the other 3. Liz the manager said I could call a 1800# to get a refund or stop by another day to get a free order. She said her boss bagged my order and he said he put everything in it. Well he didn’t and if I would’ve read the reviews from this WhatAburger I would’ve not order from this one. I will definitely go one more time just to get my free order!"

"If you have a hankering for Whataburger anytime past sundown DO NOT GO HERE! They take FOOOOOREVER to go through the drive through! I usually give up about 30 mins in but with my pregnancy craving we stuck it out and it took us an hour to get to the window to get our food! When we got on line we were in the front of the store and the person in front of us got out of line. Trust me when I say, it’s faster if you drive out to the next closest Whataburger!"

"Slow. The app tells you a time when the order will be ready and this location is consistently 10 minutes past that. Also, they fries are never filled up. 2nd picture is from about a month later. Guess they don't pay attention to reviews."
