"I went inside the store, at the counter I told the clerk what I need and said to come outside so he can see what I was talking about!. I went outside and waited till I had to come back inside and the same clerk was helping someone ELSE!! I said hey I was next and I was waiting for u outside. He responded as soon I'm done with him. "It's what the HELL!! " After he was done helping the customer, he then HELP ME OUT . Is This The Way to treat a customer!! I did tell your employee that I was waiting for him outside and he didn't come out till I went back and was waiting on SOMEONE ELSE!! He did help me out after the fact"

"Called for a price check on some brakes, Was put on hold for so long. I literally arrived at the store in person before my car was picked back up. No one was on the phone inside and there was no line. So not sure while I was still on hold. Then ask for a price check on the parts I wanted. The lady in the store was unknowledgeable, Referring me instead to go somewhere else. Which is exactly what I am now doing, Perhaps autozone will work better. By no means am I bashing o'reilly's ellie's as a Company. But at the very least, the employees at this location. And sure that I will never come here again. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Surely greater professionalism can be found elsewhere."

"My friend was badly bitten numerous times by a spider. I knew my husband was there fixing his truck but, had left his phone at home. I called and Israel and the others were so amazing. They asked if they could put me on hold and they would go out and tell him I was waiting on the phone. I told them the make, model, and color of his truck, so they could find him. Amazing customer service. Thank you so very much."

"You should be careful because one of your employees in this location is very dishonest. I went to buy an ignition switch for my truck and the guy at this location told me I could save money by getting one of his buddies to do the work for me. He said he would provide switch and everything. I called the number and the guy wanted to charge me between $120 and $180 to come and replace the switch. I told him I would think about it and hung up. Then I went to the AutoZone across the street and bought the ignition switch from them for $65 and replaced it myself. I would have bought it from you, but I was mad that your employee tried to con me by sending me to his friend who would charge me a lot of money. And another time that same employee didn't want to honor the 1 year warranty on my serpentine belt. It was damaged because I had a bad pulley that I replaced later on. So I went to another O'Reilly's location once I found the receipt and the other employee honored the warranty. I can't believe you let that guy work for you. I'm going to start using AutoZone instead if you keep allowing this to happen."

"This is the O'Reilly store I'm at all the time and always happy with the people and the service. But here lately been having to get more parts for my excursion and when I call about a part to see if they have it, they say "yeah, got one in stock". I get there (walking) and it's completely wrong part and they don't have what I need. Also call them to ask about something and if I say "sorry I couldn't hear you" they hang up on me. But I'm not loosing hope this will change otherwise I'll start walking to the next closest one 5 miles away."
