"My mushroom and Swiss burger was dry, sister had the same thing and hers was dry as well. We both got extra mayo too, and put even more on afterwards ourselves. That didn't moisten it any at all. Fries were great though, and the milkshakes are AMAZING"

"Don't be fooled by the plain Jane exterior. The burgers are HUGE, the taste rocks and the service is fast. You have choices of almost all burger toppings known to mankind. A burger alone is around $9; a combo with fries and a drink is around $14 - not bad at all for a half pound burger."

It fell apart completely before the third bite and was a soggy mess before I could finish. Not really an enjoyable thing to navigate for the prices that they charge. "Normally the work crew goes somewhere else for lunch but they ended up being closed today. We passed Hippo Burger and decided to try it. This is a diamond in the rough. Area is kinda shady so we weren't sure, but of course I checked the reviews and they were surprisingly high. Y'all, the burgers/chicken sandwiches are huge and delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection. I ordered the spicy fried pickles and they are probably the best I've ever had. Staff is very friendly. I will definitely recommend to my other coworkers. We were all pleasantly surprised."
