"If your considering using this place please don’t you will regret it. I spent $5000 rebuilding my engine and I’ve had nothing but problems since I picked it up. I’ve had to take my car back numerous times for mistakes they made. Considering this was my only vehicle it was very frustrating! When I tried taking it back for my warranty AGAIN they would not honor it because Clay simply couldn’t admit that I shouldn’t have to take my car back every couple months. Bottom line, Clay is a thief and the techs are incompetent."
"If I could give negative stars I would. Called these guys to see if they had A brand of liquid gasket for my Volkswagen case rebuild. Very snippety responses, got put on hold, then when he came back was very short. When I asked him his response was "I don't know call the Volkswagen people". Liquid gasket is not specific to a type of engine. That's the whole purpose. Told him that I was never going to come by their store ever because I don't like how they talk to people."

"After searching for a place to get our firebird engine rebuilt, we decided on going with them. We really wanted to like this place after we had seen good reviews for the Texon Motor at the same address. Unfortunately, our experience was very bad. When we called, we were quoted a price and when we took the car in, they tacked on much more. We knew it was going to be more, but it seemed a bit excessive. In any case, we stuck with them and let them rebuild for us. We were told it would take about 3-4 days and it would be ready. It took 7 days! We needed the car in the 3-4 day range as stated so it put a BIG bind on us. When we went to pick up the car, they didn't walk outside with us, just handed the keys and said the car is on the side. That was a big turn off for sure!! We turned the car on and it seemed okay, however, the car shook bad and the check light engine was on. After standing around the car about 5 min, someone comes out and ask if everything is okay, we showed them the notifications on the car, they had a shop guy come out, he looked at a few of the wires and said one of them wasn't tightened correctly and turned off the check engine light. This all as we are picking up the car... just the beginning!! We left and about half way home, check engine light comes on again. So far we have taken the car back four times and each time, we are told something different is wrong with the car!! Our last string was taking the car to get a oil change because the oil light won't shut off and the oil place took us under the hood and showed us where the oil cap was not put on properly and a couple of the hose's were loose. We knew right away why since we have only taken the car to this shop. It's disappointing cause of the other reviews, but it's just been a complete nightmare with these guys. I would not recommend them to anyone. Go to a different shop that will be straightforward and helpful."
