"I understand that y’all are trying to prevent losses but if yall are ganna stick ink tags on every single product, you could at least train your people to get it off of every single item, 2 times I’ve been sent on my way with items that have the ink tags left on them and twice I’ve been told because I didn’t have a receipt they wouldn’t take it off and even tried to take the item that I previously paid for, now I’m sitting here with another item that still has the ink tag trying to once again force it off. I understand things happen but this has been everytime I go to this location."

"Great little store to find deals, it was my first time to go to this location but everyone who has been to a Ross gets the drift all the outdated and old stuff gets sent to Ross for a great deal it's still new and needs to be sold so u pay a fraction of the cost u would normally pay at the retailers actual store so it's a fun place to hunt for deals if u have plenty of time and no 2 Ross stores will usually have the same inventory so u look around and when u find a deal snatch it up"
