"Horrible customer service. Manager named Sarah was making faces as I was explaining the defect of the shoes that was purchased the previous week. It was used twice and the sole was already coming off. Manager said that she can’t accept the return because she can’t put the item back on the shelf for re-sale despite explaining the situation. Horrible experience."
"This location was cleaner than most Ross locations, but it was also more picked over. That being said, there were still a few good deals to be had. The staff could have been more friendly but thats becoming normal."
"It seems like the inventory in all Ross Stores is very low these days. This one has plenty of empty shelves and racks. I still stop in and look because you never know if you'll find something you can not live without. I just miss the days when these stores were FULL of great bargains!"
"Great finds always at a great price. Horrible customer service. I honestly don't like feeling like I'm being ignored or overlooked. If you did everyone the same way I would say are maybe they are having a bad day, so if course this was not the case. Work on that."
