"I met the owner at this restaurant and he was very professional and friendly. Made my family and I feel important and like this was a 5 star restaurant. I would challenge what that means and give my review 5 stars all from this gentleman’s effort and care while we were dining. People in the service industry don’t have the character or effort this owner displayed. Thank you so much!! I will definitely come again!"

"Ordered delivery, items were missing. I chose to drive back to the restaurant after speaking with the manager. He said he would re-fire the items and replace the missing ones. The manager gives me $5 off a $15 purchase coupon. Insulting gesture because I’ve now wasted 2 hours on delivery and spent $80 with delivery fees and tips included all for me to drive to the restaurant and wait myself. They bring the food back out and they have my steak order wrong, the wrong sides. The manager said he could run and get the correct side but it was already taking forever and I didn’t want the food to get cold. I said forget it and left. I get home and the steak is completely raw and so is the shrimp. I have to cook them myself. The tortilla soup was hard and not edible. Worst experience I’ve ever had. A complete mess of a restaurant."

"Not sure what has happened to this location, but it is gone downhill very quickly. Went in today and the following items were noticed or took place. 1. Not a worker in sight when entering. Took about 5 minutes for anyone to come out of the kitchen. 2. Once seated, the waitress took drink order and food order. (Took her awhile to even come get drinks order) Never saw her again until I flagged her down asking what was taking so long. (Mind you we have been in our seats an hour at this point) she never refilled our drinks or even came back by to check on us. 3. In the hour time frame, we saw two other table get up and walk out due to not being noticed. 4. Apparently most wait staff is new, with not a manager in sight to help them nor a seasoned waitstaff to even help them. 5. Food was mediocre at best. 6. If this type of practice continues , it will be close in 6 months or less. 7. Appearance - it needs a major renovation. There is painters tape on the walls that appear to have been there awhile."

"On 01/20/2024 I visited this place at night, as has happened to me on other occasions, you must wait more than 15 minutes for someone to serve you and seat you (the place being empty) I sit at the bar and To my amazement it was scattered, dirty, the money box was open with money inside, and no one cared, after the young woman at the bar considered serving me after sitting for minutes, she takes our order and after 30 minutes she tells me that there is no margarita that can only sell beer and wine. They brought me the food order and luckily for me I had to look for my cutlery, napkin and the absorbent for the water because they never gave it to me. I witnessed family and groups leaving because no one attended to them while they were sitting in the place. I think that the owner of the place should do an analysis starting with the manager and replace whoever they should replace."

"Surprisingly fun place to go for lunch and to watch sports on tv. The staff were friendly and nice. Our meals came out quickly and the food was tasty and fresh."
