"Review your order and receipt carefully before paying at El Rey del Pollo off of Almeda Genoa. They are charging you for the wrong items and charging gratuity on 4 people! The waitress admitted to putting in the wrong order hello I pointed to it on the menu for that reason specifically so there would be no confusion! And the gratuity part, for four people! The tip you WERE being left was more than what you charged! Bad business, bad customer service and not to mention the over salted chicken! I don’t mind paying for great food and tipping good service but when you are just screwing people over I am going to tell everyone about it!"
