"It is called fast food and I mean it was fast food. The young man at the counter greeted me, prepped my food, and handed it off to me in under 6 mins. I was a hungry, happy camper! And the ghost pepper wings are magnificent. And although they joke about the biscuits, I can't go without in with my meal."

"This is what I got, raw chicken .Do they know is very dangerous to consume uncooked chicken? Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I tried to call nobody answered."

"I’m not one to normally leave a review, let alone a negative review but this is the second time the staff at this location has been terrible to me. I placed an order on the app at 7:29 on Christmas Eve as I pulled into the drive thru line which was already wrapped around the building. I was originally only going to order sides but a few minutes later decided to just order a family meal since it was late and we had just spent most of the day in and out of the ER with my child. On the app it was listed that the drive thru was the only thing open until 10pm so I was unaware at the time that the drive thru was closing earlier. At some point a worker came out to inform us that they were no longer taking orders and I mentioned that I had already placed an order and that I’d like my food or a refund. He said he couldn’t do either. So I stayed in line. I tried to get help on the app but it kept saying it wasn’t working. I eventually pull up to the window at 7:59-8pm (the time they were to close at) and explain that I had already placed an order 30 minutes ago. They wouldn’t even open the window to talk to me and instead just were rude and then laughed when I said I wanted my food or a refund. At this point I’m finally getting help with customer service through text message. My husband said while I was on my phone the rude employees were all loading up to go boxes of food for themselves. I get that it was Christmas Eve (I’ve worked plenty of holidays myself and had to be away from my family) but that is no reason to be rude like this."

"Every time I go to this particular Popeyes in Pearland. I asked for the spicy chicken freshly cooked and they tell me it takes 7 minutes or so and I will wait for it and it is delicious it is definitely worth the wait. I never have a problem there the staff is perfect always smiling"

"The restaurant was clean and presentable but the quality of there food was not great. The oil on there fries tasted old. The chicken was not crunchy as it should've been and the cashier assumed what type of lemonade I wanted and gave me what he wanted rather then the frozen strawberry lemonade I ordered. I requested extra crunchy fries and received soggy fries that tasted terrible. Overall the experience could've been better but the staff failed to provide exceptional customer service."
