"This is my second time visiting this location. The service is very slow and they were out of stock of two important items. Beans and guacamole. Waited almost five minutes to be checked out by the cashier. Management needs to tighten up at this location ASAP. I will definitely not be returning."

"Getting a star is too nice for this review, first off we walked in and the whole restaurant was dirty. There was food on the floor , on the tables people were walking out the line we just figured it was a busy rush hour for them and they were a bit behind we get to order there was no white rice and no lettuce , they were more concerned about online orders than us placing our orders there was 3 people in front of us and the line was at a stand still . Workers ignored us nobody was at the register , nobody was communicating anything me and the people in line just kinda looked at each other like what’s going on ?? , not until 3 min later u had to say hey can we get someone on the register and that took another 2 min , by this time we were ready to just leave but we were starving and almost at checkout . There was no napkins chips were stale glad to say we won’t be coming back"

"Well staffed. Horrible service! EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve visited (which is at least once a week) this restaurant is unreasonably slow. Seems like it’s ran by kids with no understanding of customer service!"

"I found this silicate package under leftovers from our dinner a couple of nights ago. Way to go, Chipotle. The package is clearly marked DO NOT EAT, but it was left in the container for dining. Seriously, this is a great way to drive away customers. Complaint to your company is on the way. DISGUSTING"
