"DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could post a this without any stars I would. Highly unprofessional and unethical people. My builder bought the appliance set for my new home from them. Through out the process the Sales Rep, Mr. Adam Davis was slow in responding and would only respond when I would include the builder's rep on the email. Fast forward a few months, my brand new dryer from GE did not work the first day I tried to use it. Not only this, my brand new GE Dishwasher did not dry out any utensils and the Mr. Davis said everything was tested so not sure what is wrong and questioned my pictures that I sent him of the issue. Anyways because these were brand new, they were under manufacturer's warranty. GE sent their rep who said my brand new dryer needed drum and motor replacement. I called the Metro Wholesale back and explained that I paid for a new dryer so I don't want a refurbished unit and asked for free replacement or return and they agreed to return the faulty unit. I only have limited space and have stackable washer and dryers so I was eagerly waiting for the non working dryer to be removed so I could get a new one. Several weeks and emails later a day was given for this. These people do not work on the weekends and it had been more than a month since I moved in and could not do laundry in my home so I said fine to the day given. The installer was supposed to come yesterday to remove the non working dryer and I had to take the day off for the same. Everything was confirmed and yet the installer did not show up, did not bother to call and it was a no show. I contacted Mr. Davis and he did not even apologize about the situation and then this was scheduled for today. I lost a whole vacation day and not even a simple sorry for Metro Wholesale. I was told the installer can come today and I said please make sure this is done and I applied for another day off and got it. Then late yesterday evening Mr. Davis tells me I need to have my laundry doors and trim for the installer to remove the dryer. I asked him only now after 7 pm once everything is set up for today is he making this request. Mr. Davis then tells me he only found out from the installer yesterday afternoon when his guy realized this was the same house that this needs to be done. Again, there is no apology. I requested Mr. Davis to ask his installer do to the needful as the request was so last minute and I should not have to pay for all this work to be done/redone since the problem was with a new GE dryer so either the company or the store should take care of this. Mr. Davis said no and simply said he would reschedule the dryer removal for next week. Again, no apologies, no sorry. SIMPLY NON PROFESSIONAL. I asked Mr. 3 times in our email communication yesterday to send me the contact # of his manager, Wanda who is the owner of the store. I have written to her and left her message to see if she will address the situation."
"very very very unhappy with this place and would NEVER recommend..My salesman Bill told me he had an oven that a client decided not to use,and I could have it at a good price...So of course we took it. When it was installed ,I called Viking to register it for its warranty...Viking told me it was a very very old oven---many many years old and was out of warranty I would NEVER have bought an old oven(even though) in the box---it has been a real disappointment---takes over 30 minutes to heat ---and the door doesn't close all the way--I should have been told it was several years old--and out of warranty...I called Metro to c if they could help---extended warranty-----NOTHING.............I would not trust"
