"This was my family & I first time coming to Potbelly. As we explained this to the you lady with the bandana on she still continued to make me and my family feel incompetent for asking questions. When we would ask she would reply in a rude and condescending manner. Loved the food but the customer service was horrible."
"I was so disappointed! I am from Chicago and Potbelly is one of my favorite spots. I was so excited to see an Austin location. I don't know if I came on a bad day but my sandwich was terrible! The bread was stale and the sandwich came out cold. I think the oven was running too fast."
