"It used to be one of my favorite fast food joints. Now they don’t want you to eat at their establishment. 18,000 commercials a day but it’s to much trouble to have a couple of tables for customers."
"They always me up my order. When I went back thru to fix my plain meat only roast beef sandwich, they gave me a cold bun out of the bag and lukewarm meat. They didn't even bother heating up the bun on the grill. I'm not sure why the meat was so cold, either. I was so upset. I threw it away. No way was I going back threw that long line again and for something worse the next time."
"Food was great. I've always loved Arby's, and it's just how I remember. This location, unfortunately, is pretty annoying to me, in all honesty. For a long while, they closed down at 5pm daily, which is atypical for a fast food chain. I work nearby. I get off at 430p. Once, I arrived around 442p and was refused service in the drive thru because "they were cleaning up" which I felt was wild. I work in the service industry, and that is NOT acceptable or the norm. Lastly, they don't have an open dining room. Not sure why, but my mom stays at a retirement home close-by, and her and her elderly friends traveled there to realize this. Very inconvenient. Their little group outing was ruined. No Bueno."
"Arbys is one of my favorite food places to go when im crazing a nice roast beef sandwich and some amazing curly fries. I go to the location on airport Blvd since it's closer but since I was closer to this location I figured I'd stop by and get what I always get. I don't complain about wait times as I work in the food industry and understand but the food? I don't know why but it was horrible. The meat looked yellow and tasted expired, the fries were over cooked and I was given a medium when I ordered a large. The drinks were okay but the sandwich disappoints me the most. I don't know what's wrong with this location but I won't be coming back and if i get food poisoning I know who im blaming."
