"Every time I hold out hope that this Chick Fil A location will get my order correct and put everything in the bag, I am severely let down. I always order soup instead of fries and the past TWO times I’ve been here they gave me fries instead of soup. Usually it’s just forgetting sauce or something but come on guys. I just want my damn soup."

"I liked stopping here before work because it's so close to my place. I looked forward to their breakfast each morning. If I can do -0 stars I would. Now am only referring to this specific location. My order is for the most part incorrect. I started to think this was done on purpose because how can you get it wrong when I go there or used go like 3 times a week. I stopped going called in and complaint they said your next meal on us ok that's fine. I never claimed because I stopped going. However a coworker calls me and says can you please stop by I said well why not. I did and guess what?! My order was incorrect yet again! So there for am out I will never stop here again! I will go out of my way to a different location where they actually listen and know what they are doing!"

"They have drive through down to a science, I wish other places would take some notes. It's fast, efficient, and accurate. The food is good too."

"Ok, we all know what we're getting when we go to Chick-fil-A. The service is legendary, we get it. I would like to point out what Brennan did during my most recent visit, which I really appreciate. I got a Dr. Pepper and a coke, they look pretty similar, so Brennan pushed down the little buttons on the lid to differentiate which one was which. Honestly I think he just does this, every time. This is the difference between Chick-fil-A and every other fast food. The details, the effort, the care. Sure the food is good, the spicy chicken is just the right amount of spicy, the waffle fries are delicious, the gluten free buns are an option, but they're individually wrapped for celiacs, the list goes on and on. This. This is why you go to Chick-fil-A. I digress... Thank you Brennan, you really made my day with something that is probably just a habit to you now."

"I asked when the playground closed? Cuz, i drove 6 miles out of the way for my kid to play. This location was listed with the kids' area. I was told that it had been closed since COVID started. I felt like I was dismissed immediately afterward."
